Modou Barrow, who spent time on trial with Bolton over the summer, has revealed his hopes of signing a permanent deal with the club.
Barrow, who plays in the Swedish equivalent of the Championship - Superettan - linked up with Wanderers during their pre-season tour of Scandinavia last month and played 45 minutes in the 1-1 draw against Brondby.
The 21-year-old Gambian forward is reportedly attracting interest from Premier League sides Everton, Hull City, Queens Park Rangers and Swansea City, Scottish Premiership side Glasgow Celtic, Championship rivals Middlesbrough and two unnamed clubs from the German and Turkish top-flights.
Wanderers boss Dougie Freedman recently rejected speculation linking him with a £500,000 move for the player, who, when quizzed about his future on Twitter, responded favourably to supporters asking him about a potential switch to the Macron Stadium.
Hopefully. We wait and see. RT @emmison_paul hi modou from a bolton wanderers fan are you going to sign for us
