Former Bolton players Daniel Sturridge and Gary Cahill were on the scoresheet on Friday night, as England beat Peru 3-0 in an international friendly at Wembley Stadium.
Three days before their final 23-man squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup is announced, the Three Lions saw off their South America opponents in comfortable fashion - although they were made to work for their victory.
Sturridge put Roy Hodgson's side ahead in the 32nd minute, latching on to a quick throw-in from Liverpool teammate Glen Johnson before turning and bending the ball into the top corner from the edge of the box.
Cahill added a second with 65 minutes played, heading home a corner from Leighton Baines, before Everton's Phil Jagielka completed the scoring by prodding the ball over the line - after Peru goalkeeper Raul Fernandez had dropped the ball at his feet.
The England squad travel to Miami over the weekend, as they prepare to face Ecuador on Tuesday and Honduras next Saturday, before beginning their World Cup campaign against Italy on June 14 in Manaus.
