Gary Sutton will referee Tuesday's Championship fixture between Doncaster Rovers and Bolton at the Keepmoat Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 1-0 victory at Huddersfield Town on Saturday, while Rovers were beaten 3-1 by Birmingham City on the same afternoon.

Sutton, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 26 matches so far this season - issuing 78 yellow cards and six red.

His last outing was on March 25, when he was the man in the middle for Mansfield Town's 4-2 victory at Hartlepool United in League Two. The Lincolnshire official produced five yellow cards in that game.

Sutton's last match in charge of Bolton was in October 2012, when Wanderers were beaten 2-1 at Middlesbrough. Two yellow cards were shown that day, to Bolton's Chris Eagles and Kevin Davies.

The last time he refereed a Doncaster fixture was in August 2013, when they were 1-0 winners over Rochdale in a Capital One Cup first round tie. No cards were shown that evening.
