Paul Tierney will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Bolton and Blackburn Rovers at the Reebok Stadium.

Wanderers go into the game on the back of a 2-0 victory over Watford at the weekend, while Rovers were 1-0 winners at Reading on the same afternoon.

Tierney, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 26 matches so far this season - issuing 82 yellow cards and 10 red.

His last outing was on February 22, when he was the man in the middle for York City's goalless draw with Southend United at Bootham Crescent. The Lancashire official produced three yellow cards in that game.

Tierney has never previously taken charge of a Bolton fixture, but has officiated a Rovers game. That was in October 2013, when Rovers drew 2-2 with Blackpool at Bloomfield Road. Each side converted a penalty on that afternoon, while five yellow cards and two red were also issued - one to each side.

Below is the full set of officials for Saturday's game between Bolton and Blackburn Rovers:

Referee: Paul Tierney
Assistant Referees: Glen Hart, Tony Peart
Fourth Official: Kevin Wright
