Ngog Wins January's Goal of the Month

David Ngog's goal in the FA Cup third round win over Blackpool has been voted as January's Goal of the Month by Burnden Aces readers.

Ngog, who has since left the club to join Swansea City, scored three of Wanderers' six goals in the calendar month but his fine individual strike against the Seasiders got the majority of your votes.

The former Liverpool forward's nearest challenger was Matt Mills' header against Nottingham Forest, although Ngog did also finish third - with his stoppage time volley against Middlesbrough.
