Bolton have made an enquiry to Sunderland over the availability of out-of-favour forward Danny Graham.

Graham is currently on loan at Hull City, but has fallen down the pecking order at the KC Stadium following the recent arrivals of Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic.

The 28-year-old now looks set to return to the Stadium of Light, but only to be sent out on loan once again. He has scored just one goal in 19 appearances for the Black Cats, following a £5million transfer from Swansea City - for whom he scored 21 goals in 60 games.

Nottingham Forest are also said to be keen on signing the former Carlisle United and Watford man, who was at his most prolific when scoring 41 times for the Hornets between 2009 and 2011.
