Jermaine Beckford is expected to miss the next three weeks of action after injuring his hamstring in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest.

Beckford suffered the injury just 30 minutes into that game and had to be replaced by Andre Moritz.

Wanderers are hopeful he will return ahead of schedule, but the former Leeds United forward has been ruled out of the upcoming games against Reading and Cardiff City. He is also likely to miss the trips to Queens Park Rangers and Ipswich Town.

Beckford joined Bolton from Leicester City last summer and has scored eight goals in 25 appearances for the club, so far.
