Gary Fraser's brief time at Bolton has come to an end, after he made a permanent transfer to Partick Thistle.
Fraser joined Wanderers on a free transfer from Hamilton Academical last summer, before being sent to Partick on a loan deal which ran until the beginning of this week.
During his time at Firhill, the 19-year-old made four senior appearances before dropping into the club's development setup at the end of August. Controversy struck in October, when he was sent off in an under-20s match and was subsequently handed a ban totalling nine matches.
After returning to the Reebok Stadium this week, Fraser made it clear that he wanted to return to his homeland and has now secured a permanent move to the Scottish Premiership club - signing a two-and-a-half year contract.
Wanderers are expected to receive a nominal fee for the player, less than six months after they signed him themselves.
