Clark To Referee Bolton v Doncaster

Richard Clark will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Bolton and Doncaster Rovers at the Reebok Stadium.

Wanderers go into the match on the back of successive league defeats, while Doncaster held Birmingham City to a 1-1 draw at St Andrew's on Tuesday night.

Clark, who will take charge of the game, has officiated 15 matches so far this season - issuing 49 yellow cards and six red.

His last outing was on November 30, when he was the man in the middle for Preston North End's 1-0 victory over Bristol City in League One. The Northumberland official produced two yellow cards in that game, as well as two red - one to each side.

Clark has never previously refereed a Bolton fixture, but has taken charge of two Doncaster fixtures. The most recent of those was in January of this year, when he oversaw a 1-0 victory over Colchester United at the Keepmoat Stadium. Three yellow cards were issued that day.
