Bolton have extended the loan deal of defender Kevin McNaughton, who will now stay at the Reebok Stadium until December 28th.
McNaughton joined Wanderers on an initial one-month loan in September, a deal which expired following Saturday's 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town.
The 31-year-old admitted, last week, that he wanted to stay on with the Trotters, who have yet to lose with him in the side.
A fresh deal looked in doubt when talks began at the weekend, but Dougie Freedman and his Cardiff counterpark, Malky Mackay, have agreed to a two-month extension.
