Keith Stroud will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers at Ewood Park.
Wanderers make the short trip across Lancashire at the weekend, looking to secure their first league win of the campaign - and third successive victory at Ewood Park.
Stroud, who will take charge of the game, has refereed four matches so far this season - showing 18 yellow cards and one red. His last outing was on Wednesday night, when he was the man in the middle of Everton's 2-1 extra-time win over Stevenage Borough in the Capital One Cup. Four yellow cards were issued at Goodison Park, with three being shown to the lower league visitors.
The Hampshire referee last officiated a Bolton game in February, when Dougie Freedman's side drew 1-1 at Nottingham Forest. Stroud produced five yellow cards on that afternoon at the City Ground, with Wanderers' Marcos Alonso seeing two of them and a subsequent red card.
The last time he took charge of a Blackburn fixture was way back in October 2008, when Rovers were beaten 3-2 in a Premier League game at Aston Villa. Just the one yellow card was shown on that evening at Villa Park.
