Former Bolton forward Temitope Obadeyi has joined Bury, after leaving Portuguese side Rio Ave.
Obadeyi joined the Shakers last week after a disappointing spell in Portugal, where he failed to score in 12 league appearances for a side who finished 6th in the Primeira Liga last season.
The 23-year-old has signed a 12-month contract at Gigg Lane, where he will link up with former Wanderers academy teammate Rob Lainton, and will initially join the club's development squad.
Having joined Bolton as a 16-year-old, in 2006, Obadeyi would go on to make three senior appearances at the Reebok Stadium. His full debut came in December 2008, as a late substitute in a 1-0 home defeat to Wigan Athletic.
He would enjoy mixed levels of success during loan spells at Swindon Town, Rochdale, Shrewsbury Town and Chesterfield between 2009 and 2012, but failed to add to the three Wanderers appearances he made in the 2008/09 campaign and was released in June 2012.
A move to Rio Ave followed but he failed to establish himself during his single season in Portugal and has now returned to England, where he will hope to break into a side playing League Two football.
