Making his Burnden Aces debut, Ryan Taylor looks back at Saturday's draw at Burnley and gives each Bolton player a rating out of 10.

Wanderers came from behind to earn a point in the season opener at Turf Moor, with Darren Pratley cancelling out an earlier own goal from David Wheater. The game also provided Marc Tierney, Alex Baptiste and Jermaine Beckford with their competitive debuts for the club, with all three seeming to slot into the side well.

Below are Ryan's player ratings:

ADAM BOGDAN: 6 - Had a nightmare of a start - nearly dropping the ball into his own net after 30 seconds - but looked more composed as the game went on and made some decent saves.

ALEX BAPTISTE: 7 - A solid debut from the former Blackpool captain. Dealt well with defending against Stainslas and made some good runs getting forward.

ZAT KNIGHT: 6 - Made a few misplaced passes and, at times, couldn't cope with the pace of the strikers. Did well in the aerial battles.

DAVID WHEATER: 6 - Similar to Knight, he struggled with Ings' pace - which saw him score an own goal. Needs a few more starts to get his fitness levels up after an injury hit season.

MARC TIERNEY: 7 - Another full-back making a solid debut. Did well coping with Burnley's midfielders and Trippier attacking at him.

KEITH ANDREWS: 6 - Misplaced a few passes in the first-half. Didn't really do anything during the game.

MEDO KAMARA: 8 - Very good performance in midfield from the former Partizan Belgrade man. Kept the ball very well and came close with a number of shots.

CHRIS EAGLES: 7 - Made some good runs and provided the assist for Pratley's goal. Bolton seemed to lose some of their attacking spark when he was taken off with an ankle injury.

DARREN PRATLEY: 8 - Probably one of his best games in a Bolton shirt. Made some great runs attacking wise and seemed to link up well with Beckford. He took his goal very well.

LEE CHUNG-YONG: 6 - Seemed a bit quiet during the game. Made one or two good runs getting forward but didn't really track back to help Tierney.

JERMAINE BECKFORD: 6 - He seems to be quick and makes some good runs into the box, but struggled in the lone-striker role. Should have done better with his chance in the 2nd half.

DAVID NGOG: 6 - Looked fit and seemed to trouble the Burnley defence. Played out wide due to Eagles coming off.

CRAIG DAVIES: 5 - Didn't have much time to do anything. Managed to get a very good shot away which Heaton did brilliantly to save.
