Bolton will discover their opponents for the first round of the Capital One Cup when the draw is made on Monday.

For the first time since 2000/01, Wanderers enter the competition from the start and have been seeded as a northern club. As one of 18 seeds, they will be drawn against one of 18 unseeded northern clubs from the Football League.

Dougie Freedman's side could potentially face a trip to Bury, Morecambe, Oldham Athletic or Preston North End, while last season's beaten finalists Bradford City could also be drawn against the Trotters.
