Tim Ream's agent has dismissed speculation linking the Bolton defender with a summer move to Middlesbrough.
Newspaper reports on Monday suggested Wanderers' Championship rivals were ready to lodge a bid for the United States international, who was restricted to just 17 games last season and only 32 since signing from New York Red Bull in January 2012.
Patrick McCabe, the agent who represents Ream, says there is nothing in the reports and his client is looking forward to a fresh start when pre-season training begins next month.
"There is nothing to report here," McCabe told MLSsoccer.com.
"Tim is away on holiday at the moment. He is settled at Bolton and looking forward to the pre-season."
