Bolton have completed the signings of Sheffield Wednesday defender Hayden White and Millwall forward Conor Wilkinson.

White, who operates as a full-back, has been a regular in the Owls' development squad this season and had been tipped for a bright future at Hillsborough. The 17-year-old signed professional terms in April and has attracted interest from the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Wigan Athletic and West Bromwich Albion, while Manchester United were linked with his signature as recently as April.

Meanwhile, Wilkinson moves to the Reebok Stadium just months after Millwall rejected an approach from Portuguese giants Benfica for his services. Capped at youth level by the Republic of Ireland, Wilkinson was a frequent goalscorer for the Lions' second string and made it into the first-team squad on a number of occasions - although he failed to make his senior debut.

Bolton are understood to have agreed nominal fees for both players, although compensation packages will need to be agreed as they are under the age of 24.
