Andy Lonergan has been voted as Bolton's Man of the Match in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Sunderland.
Lonergan was making only his second competitive appearance for the Trotters since a summer move from Leeds United and produced a string of superb saves to deny the Black Cats victory in the third round of the FA Cup.
Due to the quality of his performance, there have been calls for the former Preston North End goalkeeper to be given a run in the Bolton team.
Lonergan saw off competition from goalscoring duo Lee Chung-Yong and Marvin Sordell to claim the Man of the Match award.
