Benik Afobe and Keith Andrews were involved in international action in midweek, with the duo experiencing mixed fortunes.

Afobe was introduced as a half time substitute for England U21's friendly against Northern Ireland on Tuesday night and he marked his Young Lions debut with a goal, as he converted from the penalty spot to clinch a 2-0 win for Stuart Pearce's side.

Andrews was involved for the Republic of Ireland on Wednesday evening. He took to the field as a 34th minute substitute for Stoke City's Glenn Whelan, but he failed to inspire his country, as they lost 1-0 at home to Greece.

Meanwhile, Adam Bogdan was an unused substitute as Hungary were beaten 2-0 by Norway.
