Petrov Strike Named Goal of the Month

Martin Petrov's winning strike against Bristol City has been voted as Bolton's Goal of the Month for October.

In what was Wanderers' first game since Owen Coyle was sacked as manager, Jimmy Phillips' side came from two goals down to secure a 3-2 victory over the Robins, with Petrov sealing the win in the closing stages of the game.

The Bulgarian has topped our poll for October, with Mark Davies' stunning volley at Wolverhampton Wanderers finishing a close second.
