Tim Ream has called for full backing from the Bolton fans ahead of Sunday's crunch clash against West Bromwich Albion.

Ream has praised the support of the Wanderers faithful during Wednesday night's defeat to Tottenham Hotspur and believes similar backing against the the Baggies can push the players on to three valuable points.

"Obviously a 4-1 loss at home is tough to take but there are still two more games," Ream told the club's official website.

"We did well coming out after half-time and Nigel put one in there. It was looking good - we had a couple of corners here and there and we were all over them.

"The game just opened up and a team like Tottenham will punish you. Now we know how Aston Villa felt last week when we came roaring right back.

"We have to put Wednesday's game behind us and learn our lessons from it. We have to take the result on the chin and move forward.

"That was our game in hand so we know that with two fixtures left we are pretty much level on points with QPR.

"Once again, we have our most important match of the season coming up on Sunday. Hopefully the fans will turn out again because they were great on Wednesday.

"They were frustrated with the first half but they stuck behind us the whole time. In the second half, they were chanting and cheering as loud as I've heard since I've been here.

"Both the fans and players feed off each other. When we are playing well, they are excited and when they are excited, we seem it kick our play up a little bit.

"We are going to need the same on Sunday when hopefully we will get three points."
