Temitope Obadeyi and Jack Sampson have returned to Bolton after respective loan spells at Rochdale and Southend United.
Obadeyi had spent the last month on loan with Dale, where he scored one goal in six appearances for the League One strugglers.
Sampson moved to Southend in January and made nine appearances for the club. A leg injury has kept him out of action for the last three weeks and boss Paul Sturrock admits the injury stopped him from extending the deal.
"I feel Jack has two or three weeks before he is fit again which is unfortunate," Sturrock said.
"I think at Burton Albion he showed he could have been an asset but I just felt after four weeks it is an awful lot to ask someone to soldier on back down and fit in."
