Bolton boss Owen Coyle has been named Barclays Premier League Manager of the Month for March.

After losing at Manchester City at the start of the month, Wanderers recorded three consecutive league victories for the first time since December 2006 as they moved out of the relegation zone.

Coyle's handling of Fabrice Muamba's cardiac arrest has also won him many plaudits in the game and makes the award that little bit more special.

It is the second time Coyle has landed the award, having previously been named Manager of the Month in November 2010, with former Trotters forward Johan Elmander scooping the Player of the Month gong in the same month.
