Temitope Obadeyi has joined Rochdale on a one-month loan deal, subject to clearance from the Football League.

The move will be Obadeyi's second spell at Spotland. In the 2009/10 season, the 22-year-old made 11 appearances for Dale and scored one goal as they achieved promotion from League Two.

Following a spell at Swindon Town prior to his short stint with the Dale, the former England under-20 international has also gone on to make similar moves to Shrewsbury Town and Chesterfield, where he failed to find the net for either club.

The move back to Rochdale becomes Obadeyi's fifth loan move away from the Reebok Stadium and he will be required to hit form instantly if John Coleman's side are to have any hope of avoiding relegation from League One.
