Bolton have announced a price freeze on season tickets for the 2012/13 season, keeping the cost at the same level for a fourth consecutive year.

Supporters may have woken up on Friday morning to discover a renewal pack had been delivered through their front door, with the club offering a new interest free Direct Debit scheme.

Last year, supporters were offered the chance to purchase their season ticket over the course of a seven-month interest free scheme. This time round, that offer has been extended to ten months, but only if supporters commit to the deal before April 1, 2012.

Another scheme has been implemented by Bolton Wanderers, with the new over-75's category meaning all supporters aged 75 or over as of August 3, 2012 will be eligible to buy a season ticket for just £189, located anywhere within the Reebok Stadium.

Season Tickets for the 2012/13 campaign will go on sale at 9am on Monday 27th February 2012 with supporters being able to make their purchase online, by phone, post or in person at Bolton Central or BWFC@JD (Marketplace, Bolton).

Speaking about the early launch of the 2012/13 season ticket campaign, Wanderers chairman Phil Gartside believes 'affordability' remains the key issue for supporters in the current economic climate.

"I recognise that economic times remain tough for many of our supporters and that paying for a season ticket next season could be a significant challenge," Gartside said.

"When we consulted you last year you made it clear to us that affordability was one of the key factors in being able to commit to a season ticket.

"This year you have responded to our annual supporter survey in record numbers and once again the issue of affordability remains a crucial factor for many of you when it comes to deciding whether to renew or not.

"With this in mind, I have made the decision to put season tickets on sale earlier this year so that our popular interest-free direct debit scheme that was launched last June can be extended from 7 months to 10 months meaning that there will be a significant drop in monthly payments compared to this season.

"I am also delighted to confirm that all season ticket prices have been frozen once again for next season, meaning that no price increases have been applied for seven consecutive seasons.

"I am also pleased to announce that we have introduced a new heavily discounted season ticket price for those over 75-years-old."
