Bolton boss Owen Coyle has revealed he has made no approach for Fulham striker Bobby Zamora.

Zamora has been linked with a move away from Craven Cottage this month after reportedly falling out with boss Martin Jol.

Speculation has emerged linking the England international with a move to the Reebok Stadium, but Coyle insists he has made no move for Zamora, who was on target as Fulham beat London rivals Arsenal on Monday evening.

"We are chasing one or two of our own targets because that is the way football works and we are trying to bring them in to help the squad," Coyle said.

"We have suffered injuries to top players from the start of the season. We are starting to get one or two back but there is no doubt that we need to get one or two in to help the squad we have to make sure we stay in the Premier League.

"Bobby Zamora is an outstanding footballer but I certainly have not had any dialogue with Martin Jol or any people at Fulham.

"You only had to look yesterday to see the qualities that Bobby Zamora has but there has been no interest from Bolton Wanderers."
