Kevin Davies has been charged with improper conduct by The FA for comments he made about referee Mark Clattenburg following the draw with Fulham on February 6.

The Wanderers striker claimed Clattenburg had "something personal" against him after ruling out a late header which appeared to have sealed a 1-0 win for the Whites.

Davies was asked the explain his comments to an FA board and he has now been charged. He will now face a fine and a warning over his future behaviour and has until 12th March to launch an appeal.
