Bolton end the decade with a must win game on Tuesday night when they host fellow strugglers Hull City at the Reebok Stadium.

Following the Boxing Day draw at Burnley, Wanderers sit 18th in the Premier League level on points with Phil Brown's side.

Victory for either side will shoot them up the table and Gary Megson will be looking for his side to build on their three-game unbeaten run.

Fabrice Muamba is available again after missing the trip to Turf Moor through suspension, meaning Chris Basham should return to the bench. Gavin McCann remains doubtful with an ankle injury.

Despite being replaced at Burnley, Ivan Klasnic is expected to start alongside Kevin Davies in attack again, with Johan Elmander on the bench.

Ricardo Gardner could come in for Lee Chung-Yong, with Matt Taylor once again on the right flank.

Zat Knight may also miss out after his poor showing last time out, with Andy O'Brien hopeful of a recall in defence.

Hull come to the Reebok with a few injury worries, with Paul McShane and Steven Mouyokolo out of the game with hamstring problems.

Geovanni and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink will both be given late fitness tests, while midfielder Seyi Olofinjana is available after being granted permission by Nigeria to delay his departure for the African Cup of Nations.
