Bolton will travel to London next month after drawing Chelsea in the last 16 of the Carling Cup.

Wanderers overcame Tranmere Rovers and then West Ham United to reach this stage, while Chelsea were victorious over Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

It is one of five all-Premier League ties and will be the fifth time the two sides have met in this competition.

Bolton currently hold two victories over the London side in this competition and were 2-1 winners in the last meeting, thanks to goals from John McGinlay and Nathan Blake in October 1996.

The game will take place in the week commencing Monday 26th October.
