The Premier League continues the rush to the end of the season at the weekend as Bolton and Middlesbrough both fight against the drop.

Wanderers go into the game without a victory since the end of February, while Middlesbrough make the trip to the Reebok on a run of just one win in 18 league games.

Bolton ran out 3-1 winners at the Riverside Stadium earlier in the season and boss Gary Megson will be hoping for a similar scoreline on Saturday afternoon as he looks to guide his side to safety.

Mark Davies, Joey O'Brien and Ricardo Vaz Te remain long term injury casualties for the hosts, providing none of the international contingent return with knocks.

Andy O'Brien could return to the side after missing the draw at West Bromwich Albion last time out, while Ebi Smolarek could be pushing for a start after scoring four times for Poland on Wednesday.

Boro have doubts over Adam Johnson who picked up a knock playing for England's Under-21's on Tuesday, while Robert Huth could also be missing with a knee injury.

Chris Riggott is expected to return from injury and Matthew Bates is back from suspension in what sections of the press have deemed as a must-win game for Middlesbrough.
