Johan Elmander insists he is happy at Bolton and hopes to find his best form in the final third of the season.

The Sweden international has had a stop-start season after a succession of hamstring injuries and has failed to capture full match fitness.

After recently returning from his third hamstring injury of the season, Elmander hopes he can keep himself fit and continue to play in the run in.

"It's great!" Elmander said, referring to life at Bolton.

"The team is winning at home and I wake up every morning to my young daughter's smile. I could not ask for more.

"It has been difficult when I've suffered injuries when I've been getting close to reaching top form. It's been tough being on the sidelines, but it feels good now."
