Ivan Campo has completed his move to Ipswich Town following his release from Bolton at the end of last season.

Campo has signed a two-year deal at Portman Road and will be hoping to be a part of the side as they push for promotion to the Premier League.

The 34-year-old agreed a move to the Championship side last week and passed his medical on Monday afternoon.

Speaking to Ipswich's official website, Tractor Boys boss Jim Magilton says Campo could have a positive influence on the club.

"Ivan has a wealth of experience having played at the highest level for many years and he can be a great asset for us," said Magilton.

"The young players at this Club will really benefit from having him around the place."
