Bolton Step Up Klasnic Pursuit

Reports on Friday morning suggest Bolton have stepped up their interest in Ivan Klasnic and could complete a deal today.

Klasnic spent last season on loan at the Reebok Stadium, scoring eight goals in 32 appearances for the club and became a popular figure amongst the supporters.

Following Nantes' failure to gain promotion back to the top flight of French football, they are keen to offload the Croatia international and Wanderers are understood to be hopeful of completing a deal within the next 24 hours.
