Deportivo La Coruna have reportedly snubbed a £1.5 million bid from Bolton Wanderers who tried to snap up Spanish striker Riki.

27-year-old Riki, believed to be a target for Garry Megson, scored five goals for Depor last term, and has been refused a move to The Reebok Stadium.

With five goals in 32 we're better off keeping what we have!

To be fair to the guy, I've looked at his appearance record again and only 8 of those 32 games were starts.

Seems to have a similar record to Stelios with us last season. And to be honest, I'd rather keep the little Greek than splash out for somebody with the same goal ratio.
