I was out with the frisby today (as you do) and in an attempt to make a diving stop like a goalkeeper would, landed with all my weight on my left shoulder. Sat on my arse for a couple of minutes and couldn't move it so picked it up with my other hand!

There was a loud crack between my shoulder and elbow and even though it's fine now but for a bit of pain, it's all strapped up to stop me moving it.
Has anyone ever done their shoulder before? How and what did you do about it?
Tomorrow morning should be fun after I've slept on it!
