He's just released a statement on SSN and it says bringing Shearer back to Newcastle was the best thing he's ever done! I AGREE MIKE, THANKS MATE!
Shearer was boss for 8 games and I think they scored in 2 and they went down. I saw nothing in those 8 games as to why Shearer would have kept them up. The only game they looked good in was the Boro one and that was because Boro were so poor!
