Well I've just finished my 2nd year of uni so I'm finally in the mood for a bit of sun, beer and the rest!

I go to Ibiza in a fortnight for a week. When does everybody finish their exams?

For those who don't do exams anymore, are you off on any jollys this summer or has Gordon Brown taken all your money and given it to the MPs?

Getting married in August so all money going towards that, so it's whatever sun I can get in good old Blighty, no doubt a few beers along the way and the 2 England internatonals really??

I have exams until 23rd June but thankfully we've now been given study leave or exam leave or whatever its called so they're a little more bearable as we're not stuck in school throughout our exams doing lessons we no longer need.

I then have my leavers ball on the 24th then im off to Bulgaria for a fortnight on the 26th so the end of June is one thing i have to look forward to.

I get back on the 10th July and from then on ill have my usual summer of doing absolutly nothing until starting college in september Cool

Well I'm feeling the pinch - business is down well over 50% for me from this time last year!

Still I'm toying with the idea of taking my daughter to Euro Disney and possibly then on to Paris for a few more days - but we will have to see how much more I can save up between now and the start of the summer holidays!

Leyther many congratulations mate!!!

Well done Leyther!

And for me it is a case of revising and taking exams until 19th June. Leavers Do on the 25th and then relaxing until I go to college in September.

I'm off on holiday and taking my level 1 badge also before I start college.

Cheers Sluffy and Danny! I will keep you posted on how it goes.

And nope my last exam is 19th - i suppose different schools do different things but we have 3 maths gcse exams, we have done to and have the final one on monday and they equal the overall 1 GCSE.

After next week where I have at least 1 exam every day and on some days more, I only have 2 or 3 left I think. The next week is going to be hectic.

Fair enough, think we've done maths in the same way with 3 modules, the last test for them is on monday getting us 1 GCSE. Our additional maths is a seperate GCSE where we've all been entered for the foundation paper so if anything goes badly wrong with the main maths course, we still have some sort of GCSE in maths.

I have a similar week to you next week but unlike you that only gets me to the half way stage of my exams :/

Fun times...

Yeah i have done 5 already and have 9 left so by Monday evening I will be half way through!

Not too long now, my dad said he is going to keep my inside revising for the next 10 days - the only time I can go out is for football and to meet my girlfriend on saturday night! The siege mentality has been brought in.

Hey Jam, plenty of time to do that when you’re old like me!

Do try and get a bit of time off and have some of fun whilst you're young - the work will still be there when you get back!

Fantastic Monk!

Have a wonderful time but don't be bringing any of the Swine Flu back with you - don't want it spreading amongst the good folk of Burnden Aces!

Seriously though have a marvellous time - hope you tell your misses how lucky she is to have you!

Can you jobhunt for me too? I've been in for about half a dozen this summer and none have come up trumps!

Where you off on holiday?

Haa, think ill pass, ive already figured that its bad enough just looking for a job for me so i gave it a rest during the exams with the blind hope that i might have more of a chance in the summer. Im not overly optimistic if im being honest!

Im going somewhere in Bulgaria, not a clue where mind, it was basicly a free holiday after i paid for flights since my mate has a house over there Cool

Have a good time Danny.

Some of that Bulgarian wine is pretty decent!

(Not that I'm encouraging underage drinking or anything!).
