Ive got my leavers do next month and every bugger but me seems to have got their suits sorted now.

So....since i cant be arsed to ask around everyone i know and see what they've gone for, i thought id just come to you lot for help Grin

Its supposed to be a formal event but i dunno if i fancy doing the whole 'Tux' thing as i think its abit OTT for a 16 year old, would a simple formal suit from Topman and the like surfice or do you think id be better actually putting the effort into getting a proper evening suit?

Only a few people wore a tux when I left school and college. Most just turn up in a normal suit. I got one from Slaters a few years back. A bit on the expensive side but it turned out really good.

Fair enough, it seems most people in my year are going in a tux so i thought it'd be best to see if others thought the same way i did.

My dad suggesting checking Slater's so ill look in there i think, the expensive bit doesnt bother me, my parents are paying Cool

A tip for suit buying as well mate. Buy 2 pairs of trousers if there if it is a pin stripe.
It always happens at the worst possible time, you split your trousers ! Its happened to me twice at work and is well embarrasing  :'(. Its always handy to have a second pair. Then you dont build up a collection of non matching useless suit jackets in your wardrode.
