West Brom are champions with Stoke coming up as runners up! Looking forward to going to the Britannia.

Hull, Bristol City, Palace and Watford have made the play-offs, with Wolves missing out on goal difference! 

Colchester and Scunthorpe were already down and Leicester have joined them. Little sad about that because I noticed BRUUUUUUUNO was still playing for them.

I really wanted see southampton go down as i cant stand matt le tissier so would have loved to see look on his face. Hopefulle Hull can win play-offs now after missing out on 2nd place
