At least he can't do Manure any favours in this match, so he might actually ref it fairly...... Nah, you're right, we're screwed.

I've said it before, I'll say it again . . . there are so many referees so much worse than Webb.

I actually think that Webb is quite fair and definitely one of/the best out there. I'd rather it be Uriah though as we almost/always won when he reffed.
I'd much rather have Webb reffing than Saturday's 4th official, Mark Clattenburg!

Webb is a definite United fan, as displayed yesterday, but on neutral terms he's a decent ref, as for Clattenberg well thats a whole new ball game, he is a twat.

You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so just give the twat a good shoeing, he'll respect you.

There's a picture doing the rounds on Facebook of the United players celebrating and Webb laughing. Not sure if it's photoshopped, but it's annoying the crap out of a lot of Chelsea fans I know.

I can't believe how many people are sticking up for Webb on here. He's a terrible referee and has been a twat every time he's been in charge of one of our games.
Clattenburg is worse though. I agree on that.

Wasn't Webb in charge when we played Stoke at the Reebok, we won 5-0 and he allowed play on for the 1st goal?
If he guarantee the same result on saturday then he can ref our games every week.

We've had Webb twice this season.
- Norwich at home in September. We lost 2-1 and Klasnic was sent off. - Stoke at home in November. We won 5-0.

I used to rate him about 3-4 seasons ago, if I'm honest. He is one in an increasing number of incompetent liabilities the FA have on their books at present though (his apparent affinity to United aside).

Cant understand it will be his third time at the Reebok and some referees have never been here once.Who and how do they pick referees for games ?

I like Webb, it's the fourth official I'd rather not have. He'll screw us from the sidelines, somehow.

Webb has given 9 (17%) of the 54 PL pens he's given to Man Utd.
The team he's given the second most to? Bolton Wanderers (5)
