SSN have just announced this. I'm guessing he won't be allowed to play or be on the bench tomorrow.

I'm guessing he won't be allowed to play or be on the bench tomorrow. Is that still against PL rules or is it down to clubs nowadays?

You'd be correct there. I'm kind of excited about seeing what this kid could offer. Initially it seems like he might be a good option to come on off the bench at the moment as we don't really have any impact subs at the moment. I assume he will be on the bench for the Norwich game!

I think it's PL rules isn't it? I doubt he'd feature tomorrow anyway tbh.

In all honesty, if he was eligible for tomorrow I think he would play! Wasn't Sturridge signed only the day before the Wolves game and we put him straight on the bench

Oh well, I guess he'll feature at Norwich then. To be honest, I'm not that familier with him. I assume he's good, I guess we have to trust in Coyle's eye for a decent loan signing after Wilshere and Sturridge.

My mate who lives with me in my house at Uni, says he's a rapid winger and that he's a decent prospect for the Gooners. There's a video on youtube of him sprinting the whole length of the pitch in like 9 seconds against us in The Carling Cup.
In other news, is anyone else why we aren't getting involved on the Rodallega transfer saga considering we are throwing millions at Zaha and Williams

Well, he's not elgible so it's not an issue.
I'm looking forward to seeing him, but he'll be on the bench on Saturday - and quite rightly too. Petrov has been a big part of our recent revival and has earned his place in the starting XI.

Arsenal midfielder Ryo Miyaichi has joined Bolton on loan until the end of the season.
Miyaichi signed professional terms at the Emirates Stadium exactly one year ago today, before spending the second half of last season on loan at Dutch giants Feyenoord.
Ryo proved an instant success in Rotterdam, where he scored three goals in 12 games before returning to the Gunners in the summer.
The 18-year-old lined up against Wanderers in a Carling Cup tie last October and Trotters boss Owen Coyle hopes the player can use his time at the Reebok Stadium to realise his potential.
"He's a very talented young player, who is quick and exciting," Coyle told the club's official website.
"He had a great spell on loan at Feyenoord last season. He's a young player with tremendous promise and potential and hopefully at Bolton we can give him a platform on which he can display his qualities."
Under the terms of his loan arrangement, Miyaichi will be unavailable for selection when Bolton host Arsenal at the Reebok Stadium on Wednesday night.

Because he isn't that great and he wants a massive wage.

Completely agree with you there mate. He's been pretty much our best player since the Blackburn game. His work rate and final ball seems to have improved greatly in the past month. He should definitely be offered a new deal with how he's playing. As for Miyachi an injection of pace is exactly what this side needs. Hopefully he can make a further impact to make us pull clear of the Relegation zone

I've always been a big fan of Ryo Miyaichi ever since ........... yesterday morning when i first heard his name mentioned.
Know nowt about him but if Arsenal think he's decent thats good enough for me. Wenger's clueless on defenders but when it comes to attackers he generally knows his stuff.

LOL! Glad I'm not the only one who hadn't heard of him until yesterday. Wenger has a good eye for attackers and Coyle has a great eye for a January loan signing. Gotta good feeling about this!

A word of warning. Look up Daniel Braaten. He looks like a world beater on Youtube.

I think the comparison is going to be made with Chung-Yong Lee. Hopefully he can make that role his own over the next few months.

Why? Because they've got slanted eyes and yellow skin? Disgusting.

All this has made me peckish.
Might have to call in for a Singpore style vermicelli and some salt & pepper spare ribs on my way home.
