No effort, no skill, no goals, no decent substitutions. What a steaming heap of manure. Coyle Out.

I never expected to get anything but with the amount of luck we got & Bogdan's performance if we had better defensive organisation & a bit of common sense we could have got something. Look at Wolves at Spurs ffs.
Some of the fitness levels are shocking too. What's happened to Mumba's energy? He could barely break a jog after 10 minutes & was happy to watch their players stroll past him instead of busting a gut to get a tackle in. In fact a few of the players seem happy to rely on others to win the ball back while they wait in space ready for a counter attack.
The worst bit is everyone cumming over Scholes again because he scored. The fact he should have had 2 yellows won't be mentioned of course. I hate him. People say he's the greatest midfielder ever in the Premier League but in every game I have ever seen him play he should have had at least a yellow card if not a red that went unpunished so he should have missed a lot more matches through suspensions & bans. Dirty Munich twat.
Rovers (out the bottom3!), Norwich, Wolves all get good results & I wouldn't bet against QPR getting something tomorrow with new manager syndrome.
Main positives Bogdan, Mavies & NRC.

Our fitness has looked suspect all season and that has nothing to do with money. I was actually surprised to see Mark Davies busting a gut to get back as we havent seen that with any of our mids since Stu got injured. Ngog and Eagles seem to lack the strength for a battle.

I agree, painful to watch. I thought they would come out after half time and give it a go but gave it nothing instead!

Spot on. Mavies did brilliantly to get back to tackle Welbeck & some of his ballskills in tight situations were top-drawer.

Another shíte day. Can't say I didn't expect it though. One thing that is really pissing me off is our set pieces. Corners, free kicks and throw ins is just us giving the ball back to the other team. Why can't we throw the ball to someone instead of just launching it up the line and losing it everytime? Why are our corners and free kicks hitting the first man nearly everytime? It's fúcking rubbish and makes you wonder what they practice in training.
I did think Bogdan, Mark Davies, Wheater and Ngog did alright today though.

Couldn't believe what I was hearing from some people at half time today. Everybody in the ground seemed to think we didn't deserve to go in a goal down at the break. If Rooney knew how to hit a shot on target, he could have had 3 or 4 in the first half hour alone and that was even without the penalty, which was a great stop by Bogdan.
You just knew that the timing of the goal would kill us. The manner of the defeat was the annoying thing. I don't recall Lindegaard making one save. I know Eagles had a header cleared off the line but it was a routine clearance.
Eagles isn't the greatest player in the world but taking him off and putting Riley in midfield was a terrible decision. I don't think Riley touched the ball more than 3 or 4 times in the half hour he had on the field.
The only bright sparks today were the performances of Bogdan and Mark Davies. As for the whole team performance, we were lucky to get nil!

Watched around 90% on a live feed and had SSN on at same time. Both lots of commentators couldn't believe it was still 0-0 after 40 mins. Phrases like ' Bolton not got going ' and ' United dominating ' was all I heard.
Why do we always start so slowly against the so called better sides? What goes on in that dressing room just before kick off? It certainly isn't anything motivational.

Bogdan played a blinder in the first half. I sort of lost interest after the second. That is the worst possible time to concede a first goal, I don't care uf you are Bolton or Barcelona.

I'm not going to sugar coat it. We were battered. If it wasn't for Bogdan; our goal difference would have taken a massive hit. I don't recall their keeper having a save to make.
The worrying thing, was how much space was in between our defence and midfield; thus every time Rooney & co dropped deep to get the ball, we were all over the shop. No idea why Coyle took Eagles off and put Riley there...I don't think he touched the ball?
Our best outfield player was by far, Mark Davies. He was only one who looked to keep the ball, get us going and looked very tidy in tight spots. One thing is for sure, with the Cahill money, we need to strengthen the team considerably.
Bad day for us really. Blackburn won, and Wolves took a point off Tottenham. I'm hoping for a much better performance when we tangle with Liverpool next week at the Reebok. Plus, hopefully we'll have a couple of new faces in, just to try and instill some belief into this rediculous squad.

The thing is that to stay in this league we needed to beat or draw with the teams outside the top 6, and hope to pick a few points here and there from the top 6, so far we have not done it enough, I look at the rest of this month and worry how confidence will suffer if we are cut adrift, Coyle needs to get his finger out and sign some ready made first teamers and quickly.

It was just such a lackluster performance. United have suffered some bad results lately and were far from their best. I do think the timing of the goal killed any chance we had of a point but we didn't deserve anything.

4 points from the next two games is a must or we are down. Swansea showed last night the fight and ability you need to beat 'big teams' we have lacked it all season.

Not seen the highlights yet but I heard Swansea played Arsenal off the pitch and had 65% possession in the first half. Not many teams would manage a figure like that against them.

And what is going on from our set pieces FFS ?
I dont even get mildly optimistic when we get corners or free kicks, if on the 1 out of 10 corners that beat the first man there is no one attacking the ball from deep. we have the tallest player on the pitch who ever we play and i dont think he has scored a header for us yet !!!!
and that little stupid floaty ball to the opposite side of the penalty area doesnt work.
set pieces are simple, hit the ball with pace and have 5 or 6 players running from the edge of the penalty box attacking the ball with pace and aggression. its like watching an under 7's side watching our corners.

They out played arsenal at there own game and well deserved the win. We will probably be playing them twice at the reebok in the couple of months and I fear the worst after seeing them yesterday, they remind me of how blackpool tried playing last season but do it so much better and with a lot more class and quality.

3-0 and according to the Bolton news Ferguson wanted Knight sent off. I 'm really pleased af was out witted by David moyes. he bought shrek for millions and sold Howard for a fraction of that price. Howard beats bogdan from 102 yards, shrek cant do that from 12
