My ex used to to have apart time job working at the Bingo Hall (the old Odeon) in town at the same time Peter Kay used to work there.

It used to p!ss her off the way he used to talk about it in his stand-up routine.  She said he was just a fat, miserable loner who spent very little time on the 'floor' so could not have witnessed what he said he did.  He was always in the back washing pots.

I tried to explain "artistic licence" to her and that his 'stories' wouldn't sound as good if they started with "Well, this one time at the bingo , I didn't actually see it as I was washing pots in the back, but I heard that...."

She just didn't like him.

I did once call him a bell-end though.  Was in the cinema at the Valley and there was someone doing one of those stupid OTT, obnoxious laughs at every semi-amusing gag in the film.  Couldn't see who it was obviously, but when the film ended I turned round and simply said "bell-end" ... and it was him.  Sat there with his Mum and I can only presume his wife.  I told this story the following day at work and people were like "Oh my God. So what did you do then???  Apologise and say 'Sorry, didn't realise it was you.'".  I was like, "No.  Why?  He was being a bell-end."

I don't like him he is a fanny and I had no idea this place was full of custard shirt wearing mount cúnts.

Go on, Sharps, tell us what wonderful seat of learning you graced for 5 years. My guess is St James's.

My school bus used to go past that shithole. We would spit out of the windows at your lot, and they would shout anti-Catholic things back, such as, "you don't wear condoms you dirty bastards". Is it still sinking?

James' must have been doing something right because the Mount seem to have pretty much copied their uniform. No more 'brown and gold' for MSJ.

I went to school and played football with Steve McMahon and most of his brothers.
I think there were thirteen in his family.Steve did not appear to be incredibly gifted
at that time but he had great stamina he was always miles ahead in cross country
and he was a fierce competitor.I think he was of his time don't think he would be
suited to the sanitised football of the premier league

Not scouse-bashing here, but was it Steve McMahon who twatted his neighbour at a bbq years ago (when he was manager at Blackpool) ?  Don't know why that popped into my head but just remember it amusing me at the time.

I'll never forget Vinnie Jones absolutely nailing McMahon in that FA Cup Final within the first minute or so.  It's not often McMahon was intimidated, but Christ, that's probably the quietest game he ever had for Liverpool.

McMahon is a cúnt. I remember him getting sent off against us, when he played for Swindon, for almost snapping McAteer in half.

Ralph Little... the fella is a complete wanker, or at least was... especially when he felt he'd made the big time when he was on sloggers.

He used to work at the Reebok.

My 'best' mate (from up north at least) used to be his manager. Proper lazy cúnt he was by all accounts. There was an article in the Telegraph or Guardian about their relationship  I shall dig it out as another claim to fame!!

Yeah both stories true,McMahon admitted he let himself down that day at wembley. It wasn't to
be our day a goal disallowed when it should not have been,Beasent's save from Aldridge's
penalty the cup had Wimbledon's name on it,they worked hard enough for it.
