Don't wanna be alone on Christmas

...well, Boxing Day really!
My friend, with whom I have a season ticket in the West Stand Upper is unavailable for the Boxing Day match. This isn't an advertisement for a date - there's only one person on here I could ever find desirable but I doubt anybody with his level of charm and all round decency is single, am I right ReebokTrotter?
Basically, my good father sits in the North Stand Lower. I'd like to sit with him for just this one match. Has anybody else been through this process of swapping their seat as a one off? How much did it cost? Was there kerfuffle involved?
Thanks,
Gloria.

I have done it once I think.
I just turned up early and found someone who looked important - like a head orange coat man.
I just explained that I had a ticket in one section and my Dad in another and would like to sit next to him if possible as his usual friend could not attend. (possibly make it sound like your dad is old or would struggle on his own)...
anyway, I had about three stewards running round sorting it out. They took me in through my normal gate with my ticket and then took me up the back passage and down some corridors and eventually came out in another stand where I wanted to be.
Or you could go to ticket office and ask them...

Not for the first time I bet.
My advice to Gloria is phone the ticket office now. If the person who sits next to your Dad is a season ticket holder you could struggle to get the seat. Good luck no mates.
