I have come across a few nasty bugs in my time. I have found that the best way to deal with them is to just  stand on them and squish them.

If the bug does turn to be Aids, don't worry. Just stock up on Lucozade.  It says on the bottle, Aids recovery. Seemples!

Touch wood I wont get anything, I have managed to avoid getting ill which is something I sometimes do at this time of year.  I think it was last year I picked up a bug just after Christmas and felt like crap.
