I wouldn't play most of these players, most don't deserve to play for what has happened to us, 4-4-2, 4-5-1 4-3-3, 5-4-1 etc doesn't matter, we'll still lose.
Diddles you went over to WW and came back a manic depressive, lighten up ffs it's football, not like one of the family died or owt.

Radical new formation. Bear with me on this. We have to try to stop conceding so... Jussi
Cahill Knight Wheater
Steinsson................................Alonso
Muamba Mavies Reo Coker
Tuncay Ngog This can swith between 2 formations, the above formation for attacking and... Jussi Steinsson Cahill Knight Wheater Alonso Muamba Mavies ReoCoker Tuncay Ngog ...actually, Wheater still unavailable, maybe put in Boyata instead.

For a start we need to play players in their natural positions.
I've said it from day one, boyata looks fcking useless and uninterested. Send him back and play steinsson, he might have had a poor season but at least he's used to playing there and gives 100%.
Petrov needs to be recalled, we lacked any sort of creativity on saturday. He's the best crosser of the ball we have. Eagles might even be worth trying playing just behind klasnic. Playing davies and klasnic up top just does not work. no mobility.
id go with jussi steinsson knight cahill alonso petrov eagles muamba reo coker klasnic and ngog or tuncay
For me its simple, we lose we are down or win and we stay up.
I'm so nervous about this one already.

I love how the press are calling for Kean to go; the fans absolutely hate him and it's a "crisis"
and they are ABOVE us.

Looking around at some of the rovers forums I think we can do them tomorrow, they are just like what we were like under megson, they want to lose so baldy will get sacked.
If we can start well tomorrow night then I truley think we can beat them.

We should play it smart tommorow and just keep the ball and make them come looking for it, Yakubu is not the most mobile so he won't fancy chasing down our defence and the Blackburn fans will soon get restless if we are dominating possesion.

To be honest from now on, we should start the games without K Davies, I have been a fan of his but it now is blatantly obvious he is no longer the player he once was unfortunately for us.
However if he was used as an impact sub say coming on for the last 20 minutes, and pitting himself against tired defenders, then he could do some damage.

Having just seen on SSN that Coyle will be picking more or less the same team that started on Saturday, unfortunately. Blackburn will win 1-0.
Apart from that my heart says a no-score draw.

I've had a slightly different perspective on things these last couple of days. I think Coyle has been dealt a poor hand, with the injuries to our best players.
I'll say this now. We would not be 20th right now, if we had Holden and Lee available. Not a chance. I think having our best players out, have shown up, if you like, Owen Coyle's flaws, where last season, having our most valuable players fit, covered them up somewhat.
Ultimately, the players need to take responsibility for this. Sure, you can blame Coyle's tactical decisions, but if we can't do the basics, such as defending simple crosses, what chance have we got?
I still think Coyle is the man for the job. If we win tommorrow, we have a good chance of staying up. The players need to rise to the occasion, and if Coyle does sacrifice the players, who aren't up for the dogfight, in favour of the less talented players, but have the best interests for Bolton at heart, then I gladly abide by that.
Come on Bolton!

I cant see a clean sheet happening, nor can I see us scoring.

fcúk this weel win 3-0. Blackburn fans are even more fickle than us and theyll be praying for a loss for Kean to be sacked. Imagine the boos if we go 1-0 up. Keep the ball, play the same team as we did against fulham but with Boyata and Klas out, Gretar and N'gog in, weel be solid and show pace. Come on lads

On Saturday i had just about had it, we played nothing resembling football and i couldn't be arsed with the tossers. However back on the optimistic bandwagon for one more time, if we play Ngog and Steinsson we may do a little better.
2-1 Wanderers

To have any chance of a point, I would play a 9-0-1 formation.

They've got 4 key defenders injured so let's get at 'em. Jussi
Steinsson - Knight - Cahill - Alonso Muamba
NRC
Mavies
NGog Tuncay Klasnic
I call it the Anchor formation.
Muamba's not allowed within 50 yards of their goal & NRC's not allowed within 30.
The main concern is that Hoilett's back for them (just our luck) & will more than likely terrorise both full backs.

Another "Those small northern teams are all the same" mistake from the BBC:- "Blackburn have only lost one of their last nine league meetings with Bolton, a 2-1 defeat a year ago at the DW Stadium." In the head to head section http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/16154249.stm

Well the sport department, and new media (such as the BBC sport website) are based in Salford - typical Mancs!
