Coyle was filmed digging a little hole behind each goal line and burying something there. What was it?
Sorry if this has been done before.

If he has been doing it every game, its time to change because it clearly does not work.  I don't object to him burying Martin Petrov or Nat Knight behind each goal though.

Well it surely can't be for luck.

He needs to start doing it again. We beat Blackburn 2-1 that day & were in the top 6.

I have heard that it was two coins from his days as a Bolton player that he had with him on the 4-3 Reading win.
He took them out when we reached the semi final to take them to Wembley but was asked not to do what ever he was doing with them behind the goal. I don't know if he ever put them back at the Reebok.

Yeah it's true.

That's always asking for trouble, if you ask me. Nice friendly working environment. Unfortunately, Coyle needs someone to tell him, he's doing this and this wrong, and not be afraid to do it, because they are related.

To be honest I can't see the kitman (even if it's his brother in law) telling him what to do, he doesn't exactly look like a football genius.

Food genius maybe.  Wink

Perhaps it was chocolate money and he was playing treasure hunt with his brother in law ? I reckon the kit man has the makings of a decent keeper. He is certainly built to fill the goal.

So were the coins our lucky charm and digging them up before the Wembley match was when it all started to go wrong. It started with a 5-0 loss and has gone down hill from there...
