Well, he seems to get things wrong. And rarely does it go in our favour when a ref makes a blunder.
Expect red cards, penalties against and goals disallowed.

Chris Foy's last match was Stoke V Spurs. What happened in that game that shouldn't?

Well, Foy ruled out an Adebeyor goal which should have counted. He turned down 2 good handball/penalty appeals for Spurs and sent of Kaboul very harshly indeed. On top of that he failed to spot the long throw expert on the Stoke team had a towel sewn into the inside of his shirt in order to circumvent the rule banning touchline towels for drying the ball. The same player used his shirt/towel to dry the ball before both of his long throw ins which led directly to both of Stokes goals.

If we get on the wrong side of this ref we are in for a tough match.

Shut up you slag.

Foy was awful at the weekend, doesn't mean he will be next time out.

He has German relatives dating back to 1939, not that it should alter his mindset, JSL.

In more positive news, we are guaranteed a win at Blackburn.

Why? Uriah Rennie will be there.

sorry manny, just realised u posted same thing as me...

clattenburg does worry me though, he seems to like the limelight and this causes him to make some stinking big mistakes to aid him in getting it...

He is 4th official.

idiot alert  Huh sorry, my bad.

so hes the 4th official...that's a relief, it means we will only have to deal with Blackburn having an extra half meter to be onside then.

oh and lets hope our full backs dont make any tackles near the touchline...  Shocked

Battenburg may the 4th official and we all know that teh 4th official should not have any reference on the games except check substitutes before going onto the pitch, being the intervening man between any disputes of the managers and showing how much fergie time there is..... but as I saw over the weekend, cannot remember which game it was, the 4th official actually notified the referee of something hapenning on the pitch which actually led to a yellow card for a player! (i.e. going beyond the duties of a 4th official!)

But fingers crossed for us in the dingle game, though!
