"I believe that we can pick our form up and have a good Christmas," Knight added. "Things aren't going for us at the moment but you create your own luck by working hard.

"We need to stick together as a team and whoever is picked on a Saturday needs to repay the manager. I've had a little bit of a kick up the backside when the gaffer dropped me, but coming in for the last two games I have felt good.

"If we can overcome this little blip we will be better players, better people and a better team. We've had some bad luck in the last couple of games, particularly going down to ten men. They are key players who have been sent-off - David Wheater and Gary Cahill are players that we need.

"Hopefully we can get back to winning ways next week."

So does this prove, one and for all, that Coyle is a hard task master.  Shocked

Little Blip?

11 defeats from 14 games this season.

25 defeats in 37 league games in the last calendar year.

NO blip, it's a rot.

Seems to be the new buzz thing from Coyle and all the players about just how hard they work in the week to get things right.

So hard in fact that when defending a corner in the first few minutes with all 10 back none of them have a clue who they are marking, or where to stand or even why someone like Klasnic is asked to look after a key area like the near post.

I would really love more action and a lot less of this brave talk.

Yeah I mean if you can't have top quality players the least you can do is be well organized and hard to beat.  Having Ivan Klasnic protect the near post doesn't count.  When Jermaine Defoe scores from a corner, you are going to lose.

The team is going out there with no preparation or game plan, and then just to make sure it's a complete cluster****, someone gets themselves sent off.

Knights at it again with his motivational speeches: -

ZAT Knight reckons faltering Wanderers owe it to Owen Coyle to get their season back on track against Aston Villa.

“I do feel sorry for him because his management is good, his training is good, I think he picks the team everyone else would pick from those available. ''

Really?
