I'm ok with Plod getting involved with that first tube woman. You cant really go around screaming those obscenities in a public place and not expect some form of repercussions. I'm not with them though on the John Terry thing. Not everyone's favourite bloke but just seems crazy to me that the police involve themselves in a comment that may or not have been said on a football pitch. Have they nothing better to do as Sharps said?

And just watch them move if Unison lodge a complaint about Clarkson. Get your house robbed and you'll be lucky to see anyone four days later.

Last Thurday morning at 5am my neighbour a few doors down from me was woken at 5am by his dog which was barking like crazy. He looks out of his bedroom window and discovers some blighter stripping the lead off his garage roof. Instead of keeping quiet and phoning the cops he opened the window and frightened the bleeder who rode off on a bicycle with a load of lead.

He phoned the cops to report it and he was given a crime number and was told a crime scene examiner would be visiting his house to see if there was any forensic evidence. A week has passed and still nobody has turned up. Perhaps GMP have a backlog ? Personally, I blame the cutbacks.

That's harder police work though innit.  Having the perpetrator filmed whilst committing the crime is an easy nick for 'em, just find out who they are and pop round for a quiet word, jobs a goodun.
