i think the best replacement for coyle is Alan curbishley if gartside think about him ,

and if he is sacked Owen coyle .

Curbishley was my first choice after Megson got sacked.  But after three years out of the game I would fear he wouldn't be familiar with our team's strengths, the opposition's weaknesses, current tactics, or good transfer targets.

May as well keep Coyle at that point.
